The location was beautiful and the arrival was well catered to, our room was taken care of and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The food was amazing and consistent, the variety of pools was also great and felt like guest had a lot of personal space and privacy. The barman from the top bar was very energetic and made some great cocktails. Upon check out we did request a hotel transfer which unfortunately was not correct and there was alot of frustration with the incorrect ordering of a car (could not accommodate our luggage) and then the request for further payment for a larger car after we had already paid for the initial booking. We checked out from our second hotel and there was a repeat of the incident and they immediately rectified the error without any additional cost. It would have been appreciated if the same had occurred at the Conrad due to the error.

Find another place. Not worth it
This hotel is not what you expect from a Conrad in Europe. To be honest my overall experience was decent because I was with my family but there are a few details I would like to make you aware of. 1 - The amenities are not up to the brand standard. The beach restaurant is terrible, the main restaurant (Terazza) is awful. I expected a lot more from the food; especially because this is in Italy 2 - The staff wasnt super friendly. They did not go out of their way to make the experience more enjoyable. Also, they lacked training 3 - Many of the staff were seasonal and they didnt speak italian or english 4 - This is a 5* hotel but it shares amenities with lower end hotels. Nothing bad to say about the other hotels; but the quality of the amenities is more like a 3* I am not much of a complainer but honestly I wouldnt recommend it. There are much better value for money options out there.

We visited Chia Laguna for the first half of our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble for them. The accommodation was beautiful and we received an upgrade to a beautiful garden room. The whole resort was clean and tidy, especially the pool which can always be a hard place to keep pristine but it was immaculate. The food was beautiful, not only in the main restaurant but also there was a brilliant selection at the buffet across in the other hotels too. We also arranged to do a cooking lesson through the hotel which was great fun, a visit to a local family's house to make 2 types of pasta followed by sitting down to eat lunch with the gamily - what a wonderful experience! A thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone!

Chia Laguna a beautiful hotel
Fabulous hotel, reception staff are fabulous and extremely helpful. Beach is stunning and plenty of exploring other beautiful beaches left and right of the hotel beach. We stayed in a deluxe lagoon room, although fabulous we would suggest staying in a sea view room. Every day you can get the shuttle to the beach, which is 5 minutes and they run back and forth all day. The only issue we found was the in the main restaurant and A La Carte restaurant the staff struggled with understanding English, which is probably our problem not theres. In the main restaurant the staff would only offer us one drink and then not again. I think they could do with some more staff in the restaurants, as this let it down.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating .i had a later flight and wanted to stay a little longer after checkout. Since my room was no longer available They provided me with a courtesy room so i could shower and relax before my flight. Truly above and beyond. Exactly what you expect and appreciate from a five star hotel Grounds were well maintained cultivated and beautiful. Rooms were very Clean. Food was also very good. Bed was firm but very comfortable . The king is actually 2 twin beds put together which was not a problem in the Superior room all and all a wonderful stay
