WOW! Location, location, location! Walk outside the hotel and you are literally a few steps away from Oxford Street. Plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants within a stones throw. Staff were very friendly, we received a lovely welcome and our leaving was equally friendly, it was not a problem to leave our luggage with them as we had a very late train. The room was clean and even though we were only there for 2 nights it was serviced and tea/coffee replenished after our first night. The room was not huge, however, plenty big enough for the two of us with twin beds, a dressing table with mirror and private bathroom with an amazingly powerful shower ... it was wonderful! The only downside was the stairs so this hotel is not suitable for disabled and next time I stay here I will be requesting a low floor but the positives outweighed this only negative and I will definately be rebooking this hotel when I am next in London!
