Extremely satisfied with our stay here
The staff is so good and courteous, breakfast is simply superb. Easy access to downtown and sunset points by walk.No fans in the rooms but its not that bad. Overall, i would highly recommend this place for anyone due to the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere all around.

It was a really nice place. The servers are very friendly. It is close to the bus stop in case you want to ride it to go to the Clouds Forest. Near good restaurants and to the downtown.Breakfast really good.

This was an unplanned last minute stay, the staff were friendly and very accommodating on such short notice. The food and drinks were incredible and the service was great.

There was no fans or air conditioning in the rooms but the area was cool with a nice breeze so that was not needed (went in late August). Room was cleaned but items like toliet paper was not replaced when low. We do not know why but the cleaning staff took out one of the extra rolls of toliet paper as well. Near the end of our stay we were out. The bathroom shower window needs to be resealed to prevent insects from coming in. We kept the door shut to help keep us from getting them in the bedroom area. The laundry service should be avoided. The clothes we gave them came back clean but we got someone else socks and I think I am missing a shirt despite their assurance they gave us all of our laundry back. The staff were friendly and helped us with setting us up with a tour group. Nice place to stay but needs a little work to fix these issues.

The property was beautiful and was very clean. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area... just a couple minute walk from the Ecological reserve and butterfly gardens... both great places to visit on your stay in Monteverde

The photographs about this property on Expedia are misleading. The hotel was dimly lit (due to their focus on energy conservation). The room was congested with so many beds with very little room for anything else. The included breakfast was excellent.

The lodge is located in a beautiful place; just waking up to the sound of the birds and sitting outside on the green grass was a wonderful experience. it is a beautiful place with kind people. I highly recommend the stay in that lodge.

I was a bit nervous about no AC available at this Inn but I was told it’s cool in the evenings and if anything I could be provided a fan. I’m visiting in beginning of May so the temp is cool so just keep that in mind if you visit when it’s warmer. Otherwise everyone is friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable

It was on a dirt/rock road that was a bit farther to walk than I expected (to get to anything else), except for one good restaurant right across the street. Also, if your room is above the grassy courtyard, hope no one decides to talk or play there because the sounds echo into your room. Happy hour and the restaurant there was a nice price and good food.
