All flights from dublin were cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. This was an expensive family trip and I was understandably upset. I phoned the reception straight away to see if there was anything we could do to reschedule or even book a discounted stay another time. While I was on hold I overheard someone else on the phone saying that they were fully booked for the weekend however they would put them on the waiting list. The person I was speaking to then came back on the line and said there was nothing I could do as I had already paid in full and there was no refund. I emailed their customer services and recived no response other that they had passed my request onto a manager. They phoned later that evening and then emailed the next day to ask was I checking in or not, I found them very unhelpful, unfeeling and left a very bad taste that they would not refund any of the full payment or allow me to reschedule or even offer some type of goodwill gesture but clearly wanted to sell my reserved room to someone else. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I would never book with them again because of this.

Poor service
Bedding was not done on arrival, water pump was faulty for the whole of the block which means there was lack of water in Apartment, can’t not even have a shower due to very low pressure of water. I have to complain twice before they could offer alternative apartment in a different block for the family to access water and shower.Washing basin tap head was snapped and was glued together and many more. Overall good location very accessible but poor service

We loved Liverpool, area of hotel very dirty. It would be helpful if apartment had some clothes horses to dry clothes on.

Very roomy apartment, suitable for 2 couples, but would have liked an en-suite. Great location- near Liverpool one, China Town and station.

Lovely Apartment
The apartment was fantastic, the reason for my low review is that the £250 authorisation for the security deposit is still holding on my card a week later which is stopping me being able to use that money for my business expenses
