This property is not a hotel. You will be renting a unit in a condominium complex. There is no office, food or any other kind of amenity. You can either drive a long distance to a decent grocery store or walk a long way to small expensive stores. The nearby beach is nice but the pool is boring and the water is cold. There is nothing else of interest close. We were very happy to leave the property.

Good value and great sea view
Loved the sea view comfortable 15 minute walk in to town. Reception not easily found and so had to ask the grumpy security guard. Not the friendliest of receptionists. Studio room was clean, wall heater did not work and the electric table heater did not look safe. Thankfully it wasn’t that cold. However for a one night stop good value.

Very kind reception we had and throughout the stay... a little mini market so u can buy any last minute groceries. The gentlement of the mini market super nice and kind... only down of amenities as i could not find the internet but aside of it no complains... apartment clean, all you need is in it so spend great bacation. Organization of the pool really good just 5 minutes away fro Dona Ana beach... great pub for some cocktails by the pool and price is very fair... surely recommend and will be back
