Extremely noisy
I was told on check in that they were upgrading my room, they failed to mention that they were actually moving me to the area of the hotel which has a club underneath and blasts music until 2am. When I went down to check when the music would end they had a list of rooms which are impacted by the noise. Thought it was sneeky to try sell it as an upgrade when they were actually moving me to a room nobody wants because of the noise.

The hotel is well positioned for moving around, walking distance to a metro station, shopping mall and dining options. The hotel itself was clean really friendly door staff and housekeeping but we had to change one of our rooms as it was above an area used for a night club, really noisy, The dinging options in the hotel were really expensive and in my opinion overpriced.

I would like to thank Miss Chaima at the reception she was a great person and helpful host. I wish her the best the stay is nice. Moreover, the two girls at the breakfast centre was so great receptionist as well Majedah and Maryam. These three girls deserve the best. I wish that you reward them they made the stay nice and pleasant. One bad experience only, a guy name Georg( he’s bold) i think he’s a manager or something. He closed the elevator while i was waiting. He let an employee beginning and enjoying it in-front the guest..!!! He has that bad manager’s altitude. Other than this bad experience everyone else was so respectful and nice. Thank you Nawwaf.
