Generally good with a couple of disappointments
Apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Apartment was very clean and cleaned daily. Hotels.com website states "Wifi available - EUR 10 per week". To be accurate, this should be corrected to EUR 10 per week PER DEVICE. Wifi was not always fast or reliable, despite the cost. The restaurant was open for breakfast but not for dinner unless there was a large group staying at the hotel. The apartment had a safe, but not larger enough for a laptop, and also NOT FREE

Good location, good customer service. The only problem is that the infrastructure is old/ outdated and you can hear absolutely every noise from the surrounding and from the neighbors. There's also an ongoing construction next to the hotel and it's super loud. Sadly we couldn't sleep so well due to these.
