Check in was extremely slow with only one desk open during check in time until Ashley came to assist. Concierge were helpful until we declined sales presentation. Limited options for healthy food - vegetarian/vegan food. Bottle of water $7 at the market! Beach not available due to seaweed Drug dealers hanging outside the property grounds. Good options for activities. No daily housekeeping.

Could have been better for the price??!!?
We wish we had more complimentary things to say, but there were a few things that could have been better. We knew the beach would have seaweed, but the beach itself is very shallow when considering its sand depth. It makes access to the water problematic with little room to spread out from other guests. The hot tub is broken and from what others on the island have shared with us (former guests and locals) it has been broken for years (plants are now potted in it). There is a lot of walking here and only one restaurant with so-so food. Finally, the claims that the Hillside Pool is for adults only are false, as it is not enforced by staff.

Staff driving guests around are great. Pools and room nice. No hot water in room for days. Need more foods areas. Front desk staff need customer services traning. They are rude and not helpful at all.

We visited 3/2022 as a party of three we took my daughter for her 20th birthday. We had a amazing time the staff and customer service were very accommodating. The room and grounds were very clean and beautiful. We couldn’t have ask for a better vacation. Will definitely be returning with the rest of my family.

Beautiful pools, grounds and beach. Restaurants and bars on site had plenty to choose from. DJ and games around the pool . Beautiful views from hillside pool. Walk to aquarium, local grocery stores and public beach. Lot's of fish to see snorkeling. Plenty of cabs to get to nearby areas with "touristy" shopping and bars. We chose this property because we didn't want to be near all the cruise ships and tourists. It did not disappoint!

Wished there was more food options- only 1 restaurant and 1 cafe. Grounds were nice, good if you like to walk (although there are carts that can take you around). Hilltop pool was nice and there were always loungers available.
