Excellent hotel in the centre of Ghent. The hotel is recently renovated and is in immaculate condition. We were welcomed with a beer on arrival which was a nice touch. The centre of Ghent is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel

Have stayed here several times this year. The hotel more opened up than other hotels in area. Rooms are small unless you opt for a larger size room. Well located but sometimes staffing levels seem to effect service in hotel at busy times

Comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly staff who managed the challenges of Covid well. I felt safe. Main restaurant open but food choices in temporary conservatory could be reviewed as pretty heavy for summer months. Speed of service was also lacking in Conservatory as not staffed v well. Being able to have a quiet place to sit in the garden was a great asset and hotel more ‘generous’ in terms what is provided in the room.
