Service was really deficient. We were locked out of the room late at night and the only employee on premises was nowhere to be found. Restaurant has no lights at night and they don't even have candles for one to read the menu, we were never able to see what we were eating. Real messy place, I'd never go back

Bare bones hotel. Breakfast not included. Booked for 3 persons but they would give us only 2 bottles of water. Eating in restaurant on site felt as if we were being watched constantly. Could not pay w a credit card unless we were escorted to the front desk with the waiter.

We always stay here. Very clean, close to airport and easy to get to everything. You can either walk or catch a taxi anywhere in Puerto Escondido. Taxis are 50 pesos that take you all around town Has a very beautiful large pool. The surroundings are beautiful. Great restaurant and the staff are wonderful. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Awesome place!! Very friendly attendant.. spacious rooms.. Unfortunately their main attraction, the swimming pool and outside beautiful gardens were closed for renovations.. They were very nice in giving us a refund when we decided to move to another location.. i wish that swimming pool was available..
