Serena Hotel

We really enjoyed ourselves. Private. Secluded Area of the beach . Beautiful pool area . We liked the Zen feeling and felt very relaxed. Nice continental breakfast with eggs. Rooms are small but cozy. We got a good deal so we thought it worth the money . We went right before Hugh Season We loved it. Good Vibes. Good massage Nice staff. Peaceful!

The hotel is on an amazing location. Right at the beach and has a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. The staff was so cordial and helpful and the food in the Restaurant was the best!

Amazing property, set up, and the staff is just wonderful! I would stay here 1000 more times again. Highly recommended for couples and families alike.

Reception staff were unhelpful. We were not informed at sny time tat we should book te restaurant, consequently we went to the restaurant and were informed that they were full. As this hotel is several km from anywhere this was disappointing. Also they were unable to advise about lical buses despite there being several bus stops within sight of the hotel. We had also booked a city view room and the only view we got was of a huge tree directly outside the window. This made the room extremely dark.

Lovely hotel on the beach. You can eat any meal and enjoy the beach.

I stayed at the Serena Hotel for three nights, four days and it is a great hotel in a great location. Located on the “La Mansa” side of Punta del Este in Paradas 24, it is a great place to stay if you want a relaxing break. The hotel is a former flour mill which is on the coast of Punta del Este in Uruguay. Room - stayed on the first floor, the room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a decent sized tv with cable. The only downside was a slight damp smell in the bathroom and lack of power of sockets Amenities - this hotel is amazing, has a pool which looks out to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The poolside attendants and restaurant staff were extremely helpful and were attentive when we needed anything. We also used the indoor pool within the spa, which was heated and relaxing. When you drive up to the hotel, you immediately walk into reception, which is a little dark, which is a common theme throughout the hotel. Some areas of the hotel are getting a little dated; however, everything is well maintained. Restaurant - typically ate poolside, but the menu was varied, and it was nice receiving a 10% discount off the published prices as we were staying at the hotel. Breakfast was continental and had a nice variety Overall - a great “adult only” hotel in a great location. If you want somewhere to chill out and sunbathe, this is the place for you. The staff were all friendly, and we had an amazing time. Would recommend. A++++

Beautiful property right on beach, great breakfast (eggs too!) great service, liked being out of town-relaxing. Hotel needs some detail love, beds and pillows poor quality.

Very relaxing hotel! i love the amazing view, its the only hotel en Punta del Este witch has been constructed over the beach it self. the hotel restaurant is very good, friendly stuff and all ways opened to make youre stay lovely. i have been here a couple of times in the past, and you can bee sure i will bee back soon enought. rooms are nice and cozy ! breakfast is okey and coffees great !

A estrutura do hotel está muito deteriorada na área da piscina e praia. A dos quartos está um pouco melhor. Sou cliente há anos e não pretendo mais voltar.
