    not The greatest but ok.
    What you might expect at Hard Rock. However the pool is never open, the internet is terribly slow compared to other hotels and the breakfast is so so. But it’s clean, friendly, didn’t have any problems. J be advised it’s about 30-45 minute cab ride from downtown (Futian)

    great stay
    Had a great stay here, the breakfast is always great and the staff bend over backwards to help in any way they can. Enjoyed using the gym and rooftop pool to get some exercise and beat jetlag and MH mall is only steps away with lots of restaurants and other entertaining things to keep me busy in the evenings even though I travel solo.

    Overall the staffs & hotel is good. However our room is face to the main road & the construction work is like 24/7 non-stop with noisy work which made us can't sleep well overnight.

    Good hotel for kids
    Hands on hotel manager handing out easter bunnies to kids at check-in, also there to meet and greet guests at breakfast and helped cleaned tables during busy times. Fun easter activities that the kids enjoyed very much. Room is clean, breakfast good variety, and guitar lending service is a nice perk. Only downside is pool opens for a short time from 11am-8pm. MH mall across the street is also good fun with lots of food options. Would love to see a traffic light installed between hotel and mall as its a little dangerous to cross the road with lots of heavy trucks passing thru. Will not hesitate to stay again next time.
