Secrets Huatulco Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Great location! Rooms are very clean! Just wish they had pool towels by the pool. I wish the food had a better seasoning.

Maybe because the hotel was just opening after being closed for months due to the pandemic, but I experienced some issues that made my vacation less enjoyable. Let's be clear: in general, the place is beautiful. But currently the resort has problems with some services and with the attitude of some of its staff members. It's a shame, since once it was one of the best options to visit in Huatulco. Disappointing...

Gorgeous place and maintained in excellent condition ,beautiful grounds, staff very friendly and helpful always - Very "Disney" in attitude . Food excellent and presentation to detail very appealing. Seafood restaurant had the only place with small servings and atmosphere lacking inside but balcony lovely. pools clean and serviced as needed and daily. Servers many and bring drinks quickly and always pleasant. We just loved this place . Very relaxing but they had lots to do for those that like to attend activities.nightly shows and music somewhere nightly. Other guests return yearly so that shows you how pleased they are with this Amazing Resort

While the location was lovely, staff terrific and rooms very comfortable, we had a few disappointments. Compared with other Secrets locations we have stayed at, this one had far fewer premium liquors. There was an extreme shortage of beach towels, we had to keep ours each night as there were never any fresh towels available. There was also a shortage of chairs and umbrellas at the pool. Many guests were quite annoyed that they could not get a chair. Also, when are all inclusive resorts going to update their dress policy for dinner. When it is 30 C and hotter, men don’t want to wear long pants and closed toe shoes. What is the point of this old fashioned dress code?

We had a great time, the only complaint i would have was beach/pool towels were always an issue and there was never enough pool/beach chairs so everyone had to go early to try to get one. Beach chairs need replacing quite uncomfortable. Would go back !!

We did not like the sales pitch that they tried to force upon us on our arrival. We were booked for an hour and a half meeting with a sales consultant which we had no interest in participating in. We had issues with our internet connection upon arrival. The staff were excellent.

Location is excellent. Beach and pools are very nice but the hotel room and facilities are way outdated. Room decor and furniture need to be brought to this century, you can tell it was created everything is old from bathroom to cable box, closets, decor, carpet, etc. The Gym is really sad, half of the equipment didnt work.
