Rooms have balconies with lovely sea views, around the corner from the port so you don’t look out on the cruise ships, and the pool was clean and large. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, contacting me after I left to say they had found my book and offering to send to me.

GREAT HOTEL IN KUSADASI

The hotel was in a good location just outside of the town which was great as the town is a very busy place. The breakfast in the hotel was not really that great unless you like a continental breakfast with cold meats and cheese. I prefer a traditional breakfast with access to fried eggs. Coffee was great however. The hotel has great views of the sea. The rooms are nice and spacious.

We stayed 2 night at this hotel. I would have given it five star if it wasn’t because of the the night club next door. Hotel is very clean and well kept with beautiful view of the sea. The restaurant food was very good with amazing view. When we checked in they assigned us to building A which is closest to night club next door. The club which was very loud doesn’t allow you to sleep until they are done which is till 1-2 am. Hotel need to replace windows at least in this block to sound proofing. If you planning to book, make sure they put you in B or the best the C building. Stay away from A unless you yourself like to party well into the night.

When we arrived we were welcomed and shown to our amazing large room. I was travelling with my two teenager sons. The views were amazing from both bedroom and the living area. The room Was spacious with a single bed in the living area and a huge double in the bedroom area. There was plenty of space to meditate / pray. The pool area was always clean and very calm and peacful. The infonury pool looked out at the sea. It truly was amazing. Breakfast was always fresh, tasty and delicious. They had plenty of selection at the buffet. The reception guy and porters are very pleasant and polite. The cleaners couldn’t be better all very nice. The breakfast waiters all very nice. Well done Lavista hotel, with a great location and the correct staff you have made our stay perfect.

This hotel is near to road and sea side. I was very hapy when i entered to room because we can see all sea and island from room. There is also long sweaming pool in front of hotel . It looks like to swim in sea not pool. Room is big size with terrace. I like location of bed to a special space not open area. It makes affect to users looks like indipendent area. Everythings are very good. I definitelt will stay at this hotel if i come to this city.

All rooms, dining area & pool area had a beautiful view of the sea! Our room was good-sized, however airconditioner doesn't reach the bed-area. We requested an electric fan, and they did provide that. The bed mattress was old & a bit uncomfortable. They should replace these every few years. The staff were all friendly and helpful! They communicated with us through What's App after booking to check if we needed transportation from the airport & nearby which they can arrange. The staff in the dining area were also very friendly and accommodating.

The view and location of this property was impeccable, wonderful location, and quality amenities. Where the property fell down, compared to others in. Turkey was in the capabilities of the front and staff and the housekeeping staff. we encountered significant communication difficulties at the front office and the front office was closed during off hours. For example, requested an exchange of our coffee pot 3 to 4 times with the front office. Staff and housekeeping wasn’t made aware the pot didn’t get fixed. Also general room amenities were not replenished. There was one consistent woman at breakfast and during meal time and she was beyond pleasant and happy. If the management invested some time in improving quality of care, this would be a five star hotel.
