REALLY ENJOYED THIS HOTEL!
I absolutely loved my stay at Huaqiang Plaza! It is in an excellent location between Bao'an (airport) and the fabulous Luohu district. It is also close to central Shenzhen. There is heaps of shopping and dining in the local area - even a Walmart. The views from my room overlooking the city were amazing. The rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet each day was enormous with so much to choose from. The views from the dining room on Level 23 were a great way to start the day. Staff were friendly, attentive and obliging. Much to my amazement, laundry facilities were provided free of charge. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody.

Great hotel when on shopping trip to Shenzhen. You can buy things in the store, and in seconds you can be back in your hotel to put them in your room, and go again shopping. Not have to carry bags all day. As well, great service, especially John , who speaks great English at reception and so helpful. Highly recommended.

Whenever I go to Shenzhen, this is the hotel I would stay for it's convenience and location, but also for the great staff they have. Especiall Johnathan the general manager who can speak very good english is very supportive and would provide extra help always. Also there is a free laundry on the 31th floor, and they also provide free Chinese noodles every night from 21:00 to 23:00. You can get as many portion as you want. The manager at the dinner hall Roger also is very nice and when I would ask for "ice" to bring to my room, he would provide me plenty in a bag. The other day I was searching for a knife to cut my mangos, but one restaurant staff asked the kitchen staff to cut all my mangoes for me. Very friendly hotel, highly recommended.
