Don’t stay if you expect basic stuff
The air conditioning didn’t work well at all. The hotel staff said it was because so many people were using their air conditioning at the same time. That excuse didn’t make any sense because the next day the weather cooled down a lot and our room was still hot. Also, we stayed there for 2 nights and the cleaning ladies didn’t change our room even once. They didn’t even have hand soap or hair dryer.

Superb location, 100 meters from the train station with shops and restos next to it. Brugge center is 20 minutes walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms are small but are fine for a short stay. good wifi. Highly recommended

We chose this hotel for closeness to the station and also the city center as it is a short walk trhough the park (and a nice one). However I was not impressed when I noticed next day they had taken a deposit of 49e off my credit card without advising about it. I could have left a cash deposit instead and receive it back when checking out. And still that money is hold in my account, on top of a refund from a previous reservation that had to becancelled as my flights were cancelled and we got rebooked a day later. I had been in plenty of hotels where a deposit is needed and I get it back 24h later after chekcing out.

Cold hearted chain lacks compassion
This cold hearted business wouldnt provide a refund when my mom was dying of cancer and i had to leave the continent to be her caregiver. Would never recommend this terrible faceless chain.
