We booked 2 rooms requesting interconnecting or rooms near to each other. When we arrived I was told had only booked 1 room but when I showed them the booking for the 2 rooms the receptionist realised 1 room had been given to the wrong guests. Our rooms in the end were 4 floors apart which couldn’t have been further away from each other. We had interconnecting rooms with other guests and you could hear every word said including if someone in the room next door coughed. I had booked 2 rooms with balconies but only 1 had a balcony and no refund was applied for this. Very disappointing stay.
