Overall, my stay was average, nothing espectacular. My room only had one really small towel and when I tried checking out the security person was not that pleasant. If you’re expecting for the staff to give you excellent customer service, don’t hold your breath. I’ve stayed in surrounding hotels and this one doesn’t compare, the staff at other hotels is better. I guess the problem this time was the staff, something that can be fixed. But again over all average and not very recomendable.

The only thing I liked was the location and the staff. The rooms are small they don’t provide soap, shampoo. Tv are outdated If you need an iron you have to go downstairs and request one. The rooms are dusty. I left two days early because of the Corona virus. My reservation was base on my husband visa interview. They knew that the consulate was closing meaning a lot of people had to change their plans. Airfare and hotel reservations. They refuse to give me a refund for the two days that I was not there.

I had to extend my husbands stay weekly due to unforeseen circumstances. The housekeeper who would clean his room would always get a list of rooms the previous night that they would be cleaning the following day. It never failed that the cleaning person would be upset because the room was not vacated and would get mad at my husband. My husband would try to explain to her that the reservation was extended and she would always refer to her list of rooms that she would be cleaning that was printed the night before. As a guest my husband has no control as to the lack of communication amongst the employees there. The housekeeper should have been professional and gone to verify the information provided to her or get an updated list.

The customer service from the very beginning was very terrible , I payed more then what I was suppose to according to the way we where ,room was so small , floor was damaged and there was no working ac , front desk person was terrible , communications was terrible , I won’t ever recommend this place ever to no one , and I will never stay there again .
