Stay was pleasant. For the price, it is a good option. One problem: the HVAC was faulty and room stayed at 25°C throughout (too warm for me). Mentioned the problem to office, but they were not able to fix; however, they did apologize for the discomfort.

Quiet Stay in Great Area
My stay here was wonderful. I thought the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and that the room was spacious and clean. As expensive as Tokyo is I thought I got great value for my room. There’s a beautiful park nearby and the hotel is only a short walk to Shinkuku station. Would stay here again for sure!

Very Good 8.0
Feels just like home!
The room and the bathroom (unit-bath) are defenitly on the bigger side compared to other same class hotel nearby so that’s great. There is laundry machine and the dryers in your own room which seems bit excessive but very convenient and can’t complain. The downside is that they seem to be strict about bringing guest into your room even if they are just visiting you for few minutes which sucks if you’re planning to bring your guest into your room for any circumstance and was not mentioned on hotels.com website so I believe they need to work on that because it seems quite odd and makes no sense. They allow visitors to the hotel lobby only but their hotel lobby is under construction and there is no place for your guest to wait for you when you are get ready in the room and my friend had to wait in the McDonald’s next door so that was a little embarrassing and reminded me of a time when I used to live with my parents as a kid. Don’t even think about sneaking someone in because they really are watching you!
