Convenient and accommodating
The stay was great and very convenient as we were attending an event at the PPG Arena. My only complaint is the excessive charge for parking. $32.00 for one night? Really?

BEST LOCATION for PPG events!
My friend & I went to the Stevie Nicks concert, and it was so nice that we were right next to it. We had dinner before the show and after the show hung out in the wonderful outdoor area w/ the firepit & Awesome views of the City! Highly recommend for any event at PPG

We booked the hotel for a bachelor party, 2 out of the 3 people we had staying in our room (INCLUDING THE BACHELOR) at the hotel went out and forgot their key. When they came back and requested a key or to be let in the room, they refused. They were forced to sleep on the floor in the hallway outside our room. Would not recommend. Not accommodating and when addressed with the front desk “there was nothing they could do”

If you’re looking for Drab, book a motel instead
When you arrive in the lobby, things look promising. It’s quite clean and aesthetically pleasing downstairs. This made me excited to see my room. I was quite disappointed with what I’ve walked into. I booked a Junior Suite that looked like a cheap motel. The bathroom was dusty, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers were all empty, and the mirror was riddled with fingerprints. My room abhorrent. It was drab with complimentary peeling wallpaper, stained carpet, and a squeaky bed with mucked up linens. I am highly disappointed having spent my money staying here, it was quite an uncomfortable stay. Also, the price for parking is outrageous.

Great hotel!!
I have stayed at the Cambria multiple times and always have a great experience. It's always clean! It's my hotel of choice when I have plans for the Penguins games or Duquesne University. Great location, self parking (additional fee of $20 per night - but worth it to me), and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. The price is usually better or close to surrounding hotels.
