Personal wirkt abweisend. Bedienung ist nicht dem Niveau entsprechend gekleidet. Die Zimmer sind für die Preise unterentickelt ausgestattet. Bei Fragen bekommt man nur kurze und unzureichende Antworten. Das Personal muss zur Kundenfreundlichkeit erzogen bzw. ausgebildet werden. Mit norddeutscher Kühle und Ueckermünder Kurzsilbigkeit kann man Gäste zumindest irritieren...

Das Hotel war super und hat eine sehr schöne Lage, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Weit und breit gibt’s in der Region kein gleichwertiges Hotelangebot. Wir fahren gerne wieder ins Haffhus.
