High quality business and family hotel close to public transportation. Service on a few rare occasions could be improved (front desk unreachable by phone, breakfast service severely lacked professional attitude on one morning during my stay), but staff are genuinely trying to make "things right" and show compassion, empathy and concern for customer concerns. Also, all front desk and restaurant staff speak really good English. Rooms are very bright and well equipped -with great, comfortable beds, chairs and a nice bathroom (walk in shower). Brightly colored furnishings and some sweet customer gifts for the holidays were a highlight, too. This is definitely the best hotel in Echterdingen and well worth staying at. Also, they have a great breakfast buffet food &drinks spread as well as an onsite Bavarian style micro brewery on site. Very nice stay overall, and I will definitely be back.

Good location. Pleasant personnel. Beautiiful room with plentiful plug-ins for devices. Only complaint is no way to make coffee or tea in the room and as I am an early riser, usually awake by 4:00 or 5:00 at the latest, somewhat frustrating.

Location is excellent if you need bus or U bahn into city or the airport. We had a car and it had superb parking garage with in out privileges. Staff were very friendly and breakfast buffet was plentiful. Disappointment was no housekeeping service unless you request it. We had a two night stay, so after being out all day, returned to the room to find no fresh towels, toiletries and the bed not made. I can understand being eco friendly so did not require fresh bed linen, but make the bed is tidiness and sweep the floor is cleanliness. Then you find damp towels (no towel heaters if you want to dry them from another days use). Its a lovely hotel but when on holiday and post covid you expect basic housekeeping in your hotel room when staying more than one night.
