I have never experienced such caring and efficient service in my life. Simply outstanding. The hotel rooms are dated and we had a problem (both rooms) with the bed separating (they join two singles to make a double) and I had the manager call right away and actually track me in the hotel , as I was not in my room to resolve the situation. This is a full board hotel in a gorgeous area and amazing thermal waters and treatments. The mud pack simply took care of my back pain that I had for over 10 days. I was quite impressed m.

Fomos alocados no quarto 2414. O chuveiro não misturava a água quente com a fria, oscilava a temperatura com jatos só quentes ou só gelados. A descarga disparou. Solicitamos a mudança de quarto. Fomos alocados para o quarto 3201. Nesse quarto o chuveiro apresentou o mesmo problema, oscilação de temperatura quente e gelado. Já a descarga, a bomba da caixa acoplada não funcionou e a água da caixa transbordou. Nos mesmo consertamos a descarga e desistimos de reclamar do chuveiro. Quanto as rejeições, o hotel oferece m

A limpeza do hotel deixa muito a desejar. No banheiro do nosdo quarta estava cheio de cabelo masculino no chao. E no vidro do banheiro qdo embassou vimos varios rastros de mãos. O chao do hall uma marca jortivel marrom. O colchao da cama meu esposo nao conseguiu dormir nada. A janta deixa muito a desejar, uma comida sem sabor. Ja o cafe da manha é muito bom.
