Bed Bugs and Bad Management
Worst stay ever due to Bed Bugs found within the first 20 minutes of our stay it was on the bed when I moved the first pillow I touched! hotel management was deplorable ! I have never felt so completely insulted and angered by her lack of respect and common courtesy! She contradicted everything she said until she advised the last people whom stayed in this exact same room complained about the exact same thing and management changed her tune and said they couldn’t find it then and can’t find it now!! She figured 6 weeks should have taken care of the situation ! Not once did she take responsibility and make us feel appreciated as a guest. We decided to leave this property immediately. We had the manager call us again and had another story to tell us about how she felt she has taken care of the room and we are imagining things she also thinks the room quarantined for 6 weeks is enough to take care of bed bugs! Her maid manager was really terrible and unprofessional. An apology should have happened we were in town for a funeral and we left crying and scrambling for a new hotel

Overall we experienced quality service until my husband flipped the blanket and sprayed the alcohol on that sheet, I found a piece of cloth from a previous visitor who stayed at the hotel before us. I was shocked by the cleaning quality.
