Always a good stay
Great hotel in Surbiton close to the train station and easy access to London Waterloo. Nice continental breakfast and modern room with nice bathroom. Always a good stay.

Use this hotel often. very close to rail station
Waterloo 15 min train ride.
Has good parking facility's
As it was my wife's birthday, we spent several nights there, as location excellent for sightseeing & restaurants.
Advise to stay in top floor, as certain nights they have music till 1.00 am, though they do supply free earplugs and it was not an issue for us.

Accommodating and responsive stuff. They arranged drinks in the room on request and stored our cake in the fridge at the kitchen (upon request). Very comfortable bed!!!

Never again
The Hotel is in a great location for Surbiton station however that's as good as it gets for this review. Check in was easy and stress free. The room was on the first floor and was dirty. Three out of the four pillow cases were stained and the bath had not been cleaned (Toe nails in bath). The walls were stained with yellow stuff and the kitchen extraction fan was right outside our window.
To the rear of our room was a yard and at 0600hrs the yards forklift started. Breakfast is very poor with the pastries being stale and there are eggs however you are expected to boil them yourself.
I appreciate business have to make money however we paid a lot for this room and it was as if the Hotel didn't want us to return before we had even arrived.

Overnight stay.
A simple overnight stay. No one to greet us at reception. What I mean by that is that you should be able to freely enter a hotel and not have to use a buzzer and wait to get in.
Oddly the bar was not open during the day until 5 PM so used the pub next door for refreshments. Lost revenue for the hotel.
Arrived back from our event to see the bar was heaving as it is used as a late-night venue. Not impressed that fighting was taking place outside the entrance of the bar.
