Great sauna, great breakfast, wide corridors, very roomy and comfortable, location right were you want to be; but pretty close to Waganer park garage, so no need to drag your luggage too far.
Location of the hotel was superb. We enjoyed the hot breakfasts and their professional service
Only stayed one night traveling through. Great location, wonderful spacious room, awesome breakfast.
As the location of this hotel is so premium, the charming old German style of it really invades all your senses. The staff is so professional! Amnesties in all its functions are so interesting... A wonderful hotel really! You will always keep it in your mind once you leave it!
The staff were so friendly and very helpful also a very nice touch it was my birthday and the team made me a card gave me and my partner champagne and put happy birthday all over the table. I have stayed all over the world on my birthday and this was the first hotel ever to show time and effort on my birthday thank you very much I will remember this for ever. The location was also perfect thank you all very much.😊😊😊😊😊😊
Bathtub has thermal water, steam room and sauna on site. 4 min walk to Casino. Excellent breakfast.
The bathroom door handle extended out and is a Hazzard to bump into coming in and out of the bathroom. I have bruised from it.
The hotel is in a good location for fests and the casino. There is no parking for this hotel which is very inconvenient. Parking must be on the street 2 to 6 blocks away, but be careful due to certain hours you may have to move your car. There are two parking garages, but that will cost 25 euros per day.
Room was terrible. Beds hard. Water wasn’t drinkable (sign posted) & no bottled water provided. Clothing wardrobe rattled when you walked across room. Beds weren’t made. Duvet folded on top of bed. Felt like the military. Minimal toiletries provided. Drapes didn’t close so you couldn’t sleep in. Walls thin, you could hear guests next door. Wifi kept on cutting out. Breakfast minimal.
- weird creepy front desk guy. Didn’t tell us about wifi or time for breakfast - Terrible wifi. Kept dropping. And to re-login, you had to go through the whole process of joining the network again. It was a hotspot, so I wondered how safe it was. - Very quiet room (209), even though we overlooked the main street. - No parking at hotel (which we knew), but front desk guy could barely make himself understood as to how to get there. But he certainly knew the prices at the various garages. - Cute room. Not large. - Weird toiletries- in shower was one thing for hair and body- really, at a hotel at this price point? And you squeezed the bottle from the top - no dispenser button. - Curtains were room dimming but not darkening. - Twin mattresses pushed together in queen bed frame - Small bathroom - if someone was using the toilet, it would be difficult to have someone use the sink. - Typical breakfast in terms of variety. For example, some fresh fruit, delicious buns, cereal, OJ from concentrate, eggs, bacon; toaster didn’t work well. - Stunning dining room - looked liked a ballroom. It was echoey as there weren’t many people in it at the time. - My sister was in a higher category room and she had a sign not to drink the water, but we didn’t. - Front desk staff - Daria? Was very pleasant as we checked out. - Hard bed - Good, central location - Hubby thought the bathroom
