Very central location & nice hotel. Breakfast was a little underwhelming - you order everything from the table which took time & not ideal with young kids. Bar food was lovely & most staff were very friendly

Loved staying here. Right in the center of the action close to the castle and visible from the room. We were able to go out at night and did not need transportation. Really enjoyed the pubs, restaurants and nightlife - all walking distance. The room was snug but clean. The gated self-parking onsite was great and able to come and go.

Perfect Hotel
Perfect hotel, Perfect location, Perfect staff, Perfect Breakfast, great bar and restaurant. Only one small niggle, we stayed for two nights and the room was not serviced, told by reception, room service is by request only, we asked for fresh towels, tea, coffee etc, whilst it was immediately taken care of, we do feel it should be part of a standard hotel service or at least make sure clients are advised in advance, so we can ensure it happens.

The staff was very nice on check in and we were able to park for free nearby. The hotel is really more like a three star, and not the four-star that is advertised. Also, there really is no air-conditioning. We had to get a fan to be able to sleep in the room. The area around the hotel is very scenic and has lots of pub dining places and cafés and is it easy walk to the castle.
