Exceptional
The staff was fine. The breakfast was fine except for the limited choice of cereals. The gym is a bit small but fine. I could not test the Sauna but it's probably ok (door was closed). The pool is fine. However there should be a ring to advise personnel about exiting or coming from the beach. I was obliged to go all the way around the building coming from the beach.

All was fine until there was a cockroach over the white bread at breakfast, and they have problems with the elevators too, the staff is very friendly and helpful though.

Tuvimos los siguientes problemas Desde nuestra llegada hasta cuando dejamos el hotel solo funcionaba un ascensor Un día tuvimos que subir caminando al noveno piso porque había llegado una delegación y había fila en el ascensor El último día se informó de un arreglo de mantencion de agua informando un corte desde las 23 a las 6.00 am Lo cual no se cumplió reponiendo el suministro a las 9 de la mañana con la consecuenta molestia y pérdida de tiempo El personal en general muy atento

Creo que la experiencia ha sido "aceptable". El servicio no es malo, pero no está al nivel del servicio cercano y cordial de la mayor parte de hoteles y restaurantes del mismo precio que este hotel (y no nos referimos ni siquiera a los más caros, donde un estándar más elevado es un requisito mínimo).
