Simple, good value for money.
Location: just a couple of minutes away from JR (train) station. The hotel was easy to find (tall building) and when you are near the building there are signs pointing to entrance. Reception: Helpful and nice personnel, quick check-in and check-out. Room: We've got a room upgrade, so the new room was rather a 3-rooms appartment than an ordinary hotel room. Additionally to standard room appliences like hair dryer, iron and tea water boiler there was a washer which was useful to have. Magnificent view from the room (19th floor) over city. Bose sound system, though a bit poor choice of TV channels. Breakfast: is very simple but it is included in room price and it is enough to get you some energy. Neighbourhood: Multicultural district with a lot of small shops, restaurants and cafes. There are a number of restaurants which offer korean cuisine, would definitely recommend them. Things to improve: Some fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast. In breakfast area sounds from TV and hotel's entertainment system heard at the same time, it is very disturbing. Power plug adapter in a room is handy to have. Movie channel in TV or a few DVDs would make the stay even more enjoyable.

Would probably stay again...
A little dated in spite of recent renovation, but nice large room, typical "hard" Japanese mattress, large bathroom with great hot water and water pressure. Shower head at the appropriate height for a 6ft tall person. Would benefit from at least one English-speaking channel on the TV.

Super Service/Service Apartment/Residential area
Service is extremely good from the staffs. Room is bigger than other hotels at the heart of Tokyo (Ginza, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Shibuya) but you have to be a be further away. Nevertheless station is close from the hotel location connecting easily to Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku). It is a serviced apartment and room cleaning is not happening every day though, yet the hotel is very clean as per Japan standard.
