the washroom was dirty!
Pros: Good location. Not too far from Shinjuku station. Close to shopping and food. Room was a decent size for a small room. There was a vending machine on our floor as well. Cons: The washroom was very small and extremely dirty. When we arrived there was a pubic hair on the toilet... absolutely disgusting. There was black mold in the washroom fan as well. The room smelled so we bought an air freshener. We had to return our room key to the front desk each time we went out which was inconvenient. On our last day an employee randomly knocked on our door despite check out being 1 hour away. We spoke different languages and therefore I had no idea why he was at our door.

Average stay, poor cleanliness.
The good stuff The bed was comfortable, there was enough room to open up a suitcase and still walk around in a single room, the bathroom was a bit small but still manageable, there were a lot of electrical outlets, the breakfast was fine, the location is super convenient, though you might be able to hear some drunks at night even from the 7th floor, and the service at the desk was excellent. The not so good stuff The view is blocked off by a wall of bricks, no way to open the windows without triggering an alarm, making the room very stuffy, the cleanliness was something to be desired, I found gum on my chair, a random single medicinal tablet on the ground, and the underneath of the bed was way too dusty.

Good location.
It is Definitely located in a good area in Shinjuku, about 8 min walk from Shinjuku station. The rooms aren't too big, Breakfast hasn't got many choices for a western who doesn't like Japanese food ,but it's a bit better than other places we stayed at. At first we got a room with no outside window Wich is quite suffocating,so they changed our room the next day, make sure you get it before check in... there's a separate elevator to get into the hotels and than to get to the rooms so it's kinda uncomfortable... there's a Walter/coffee/tea machine for free at the reception, there's laundry machine ( you pay) .

Glad we didn't pay full price.
Our stay here was a little disappointing. We got the hotel on special and only paid half price. The The staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful, the location was fantastic however our room smelt of cigarettes even though we asked for non smoking rooms. One of the lifts smelt worse than our room and also the foyer area where the lift stopped strongly smelt of cigarette smoke. The breakfast that was included in the cost of the hotel was not very nice at all. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway around 5am. The hotel needs to be freshed up.There were plenty of places to go nearby for breakfast.
