Hotel Palazzo Sitano

Excellent location, very clean and welcoming. Helpful staff. Room very clean. Pillows very flat but no extras available in wardrobe. Breakfast Did not have a great selection. Overall Stay was very good.

The location is Great . Room was extremely warm to try sleep air conditioning didn’t seem to be great maybe I couldn’t work it properly.

pros: great location. large and clean room with a balcony overlooling the street. cons: was a bit noisy at night and the 15€ fee per day for the spa facilities seemed a bit much

My stay was great in the hotel. I stayed in the junior suite and really enjoyed the space and the views from the terrace. I also tried the spa which was clean and in good condition. The massage service was also great from a third party masseuse that is done in the spa. Morning buffet was replenishing and I felt that there was plenty of options. During my week I also participated in some tours and found that this location was ideal for easy transportation or walking to a meeting point. There is a lot to see around the area. I would have to say that my favorite part of my stay was the staff. Everyone that I interacted with was genuine and professional. I felt like family. With having been a hotel manager myself, I was impressed with the service from the reception, housekeeping, maintenance, bartenders, and restaurant servers. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Palermo Centrale and close to a number for restaurants and attractions. Room was very comfortable and a good size. I would use the hotel again.

Overall, a good place to stay. We booked what we thought was the best room in the hotel seemingly with paintings on the ceilings. No such luck! Ultimately, the room was adequate but far from special. Front desk staff were really helpful and attentive. However, no mention of our 10 euro food and beverage credit. Centrally located so close to everything you're likely to want to see. Good breakfast options.

From check in to check out everything about this hotel was amazing. Made sure I had the room I wanted, happy hour at the bar was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was incredible including all staff involved. Lovely hotel would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The room looks creepy especially that the room is dark. There is no enough lights to brighten the room. It says on the booking that there is a mini-balcony but in fact its just a window. And the window of my room is situated inside the hotel that when you open there is nothing to see. I havent slept well during my stay. I had horrible nights. The trash bin on my toilet is broken. The hotel needs maintenance or refurbishment. Whats great thiugh are the lovely staff, the receptionists that are very friendly and very eager to help. I also commend their food with a lot of choices for breakfast.
