The rooms were of good size, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Food was very good. Internet is fast and stable. There are games for kids (pinball, table soccer,...). The public transport is near by (less than 5 mins away). By public transport (bus+tram) it takes ~50-60mins to get to Venice (Piazzale Roma). This worked well for us as we've spent the whole day in Venice.
