Very stressful stay
We booked in and sleep ok but when we attempted to open the door in the morning we found ourselves locked in and unable to get out for 20 minutes,we tried ringing the office and couldn’t use the internal phone it didn’t work. We then tried ringing with our mobile and no one would answer.We tried getting the attention of a fellow stayer and banged on the walls and windows all this caused myself and my husband great distress. I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks and this incident won’t be forgotten easily. We will not recommend this motel.

Friendly staff, dirty room
The employee at check-in was very friendly. Upon entering the room, it seemed clean. The a/c was not working - it blew around the air, but didn't blow cold air. We pulled back the comforter and found stains on the sheets. We pulled back the sheets and found huge stains on the mattress protector - appeared someone has spilled an entire large coffee. Went back to the employee we checked in with and he promptly refunded our stay. We left and found other accommodations.

LOUD NOISES!
First off, it is LOUD here. You are right next to the hiway. Loads of semi trucks and traffic coming and going all hours of the day and night. And behind that was a train track. Second, the room was nice. Small, but the hard wood floors was nice. The room was clean.... BUT... Hardwood floors above us on floor 2, very loud. Could hear the person walking around. Quite loud. Third, the ice machine was broken. I would assume a motel 6, or any motel really... could afford to have an ice machine that works. Overall... We were just passing through, it worked for a night, but I would not stay here again. Mostly because the noise was just too loud. Its hard to make love with my partner, when a train is passing by going 'Choo Choo' every 15 minutes. Also.. the toilet handled big turds nicely! Most hotels and motels have crappy plumbing, but this motel sucked down the logs nicely!
