Somewhat Disappointing.
Perfect locale for our needs. The room was neat and tidy. Plenty of towels. My complaint however was the smell. The curtains need laundering as does the couch. I kept the door ajar onto the balcony throughout our stay.

We stayed in the executive one bedroom suite. It was spacious and had nice big beds. I really liked the fact they do the triple sheeting bed making system, which is so much more hygienic than having bedspreads or comforters as these do not get laundered after each guest. A very big plus knowing all the bedding is clean. It was close, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We ate at 2 very nice restaurants while staying there. My boys and I were very disappointed that the spa bath did not work. I informed management and I was told it was not easy fix. The button that operates the jets had been pushed in and was stuck in that position. I don't know if this had happened recently or not, but if you are advertising that there is a double spa bath in the executive suite it needs to be working. If not it needs to be removed from the website. I asked if I would be refunded or compensated at all but was told no as I booked through Wotif and they are the ones making the money. I was told had I booked directly they may have been able to look at some form of compensation. I did receive a complimentary breakfast voucher to use should I stay there again, but to be honest I think their pricing is a bit steep $341.00 per night for 1 adult and two children aged 13 especially as I paid for the luxury of having a non working spa bath. It is still a nice place to stay if you are happy to pay that kind of money. I didn't have a choice as my trip was very last minute.

Wrongfully charged for using a water bottle from the fridge after we had already checked out. My family and I had used absolutely nothing from the snack bar or fridge. When contacting them about this they claimed that the cleaners saw a used water bottle in the rubbish bin. Saying that there were 2 water bottles in the fridge when in reality there was only one to begin with. The water bottle left in the rubbish bin was brought previously from a grocery store!. Poor customer service. Refusing to even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake done by their staff instead was very quick to blame my family for it.
