Nice hotel, convenient location
Good: Clean, Comfortable room, reasonable value, good bar and breakfast, professional staff Not so Good: Filthy glass windows and jackhammers at 7am (maybe both from nearby construction). Lovely venue for breakfast but NOISY, slow retrieval of car from valet parking (25min).

Service was amazing! In particular one of the Duty Managers called ‘Jack’. Location was also great. Close to Queen street mall and to Central train station. The only issue I had was the lock of the bathroom was broken and one of the bar drinks exploding in the minibar (maybe could not be avoided though). Overall was a good experience 🙂

Time for demolition
The hotel must have been lovely 40 years ago, but a cheap renovation doesn't cut it. What a let down from a brand like the Pullman. We expected more way more. Dirty room, very dark, poor sound insulation, noisy plumbing and just overall cheap. Not what we paid for.
