It was a very quiet and clean hotel. Staffs were very kind. Room was not spacious like other hotels in Tokyo but clean. I wish you were equipped with a body lotion in the room. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. I had enjoyed this hotel.

This hotel is better as a business hotel, rather than a vacation hotel in terms of amenities. Wi-fi, however, was terribly slow, and would not even allow you to write an email with attachments over 2 MB! Would be better if the hotel clearly indicated that standard rooms did not have a view -- while these had windows covered by nice sliding screens, the windows faced the wall of another building. In other hotels I've stayed in, the view was described, standard room or otherwise. If I had known this, I would not have booked this room type, or the hotel.

Excellent service, courteous staff, comfortable room, good breakfast and a range of useful facilities. It felt luxurious but not over fussy. An island of calm in a busy Tokyo.

The place was great! But it had a slightly bad smell to the bathroom. Like a sewage smell! Not pleasingat all. Close to railway and the Tokyo dome

Apart from the small room size, the room was clean and amenities were great. Location is also pretty good, close to the train station. Overall, it is a fantastic value for money stay and if I visit Tokyo again, I would definitely consider Hotel Niwa.
