I've been staying in Citymax Hotel Al Barsha at the Mall for almost 5 months now and I can highly recommend it. The room is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mayoumi and Antoinette for their amazing job in the room service and to Marlene, Ahmad and Fareed for being always helpful.

Great hotel, with few flaws
Location, service was excellent but the hot water pipe broke and there was no hot water in the hotel for few hours. The worst thing was the a.c was not working properly and many lights were not working and my room was very dull
