I booked a quadruple junior suite for New Year and took a picture of my booking with Orbitz. In the confirmation there was no information about which room I had booked, so I wrote to Orbitz to double check and I was happy that I had took screenshots of my booking. They informed me that they had been in contact with the hotel and confirmed this suite. Guess what! The hotel gave me a standard room. I was in contact with the manager Paulina Montano and she didn't care. Orbitz has also tried to Contact hotel for a refund, but the hotel did not answer according to Orbitz. This was New Year and it was for me very important to get this specific room. Otherwise I had booked in another hotel. I would say it is very nonchalant of the manager not to compensate. I got the feeling that they put better pictures and descriptions about rooms than you end up getting. Anyway, if there had been a mistake on a website, the hotel is responsible for that, not me.

I use this hotel mainly because of its location 1/2 block from the airport bus terminal.it's good value not too noisy even though it is very close to the 5th Avenue

Very noisy no glass in windows so all noise could be heard and smoke from people outside their rooms coming through mesh. Need new pillows. Bed very good

I do not recommend this hotel. I demand my refund. We just stayed for 30 mins and a centepide attacked my kid in the bathroom. We just get out from that hotel and we did not stayed, I payed for 2 nights and I demand my refund. Manager was not available at the moment. Hotels.com is trying to contact the manager but they are never available.

The classic Mexican traditional look. There’s not many left on the condition of la hacienda del Caribe. It’s nice.

Very Good
Looks nice. I'll give the property 2 stars on its initial appearance. I'll give it one star on the actual room. Sheets and covers appear to have been cleaned but have stains. One cover had a cigarette burn hole. The shower didnt seem to have hot or cold water but luckily no matter which knob you turned the water that came out was warm enough not to be uncomfortable. You dont get a key card. You get a regular key with a key chain that says the hotel and room number... not good if you lose the key!
