Different than photo shown in the app. Unfriendly response from the desk, which was far from Vietnam culture. When the electricity was out, We should walked up and down the more than 10 floors. Not recommend!!

The property looks nothing like the photos shown online — the images are clearly edited or misleading. What I encountered in reality was very different and far below acceptable standards. The biggest concern was safety. The door to my room had the peephole covered with duct tape from both inside and outside, and the lock mechanism was exposed, with the cover plate for the key card missing. When I reported this, the hotel sent a staff member who did not speak English and attempted to “fix” the issue by removing the tape and filling the peephole with silicone. This did not address the security concern at all. When I requested a room change, I was told the hotel was fully booked and asked to check again the next day, which is not an acceptable response to a safety issue. There were also multiple maintenance problems. The fridge was leaking, leaving the floor wet at all times. Initially I thought the floor had just been cleaned, but it became clear it was an ongoing issue. Additionally, the bathroom window was not properly sealed, resulting in loud street noise. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing, and I did not feel safe staying in the room. This property does not meet basic standards of safety, maintenance, or accuracy in representation.
