Good location with the airport bus at door step
the location is good as the airport bus to the airport is just at the door step but the hotel need to update as its dated and the bed is soft.

First time in Sapporo
My first time in Sapporo. It was close to public transportation and there was a shuttle that goes directly to New Chitose Airport. The staff was ready to answer all questions. The room was not as tight as most Japanese hotels. It was clean and comfortable. Familymart convenient store was attached to the hotel. There are Lawson’s and 7-11 close by for international ATM.

Satisfied. - Staffs are very helpful especially the front reception man from Nepal who speaks good english - Location is good with a few steps walk to shopping arcade, underground shopping ( Pole Town ), underground train stations and can walk all the way underground walk way to Sapporo Station. - Suggest that the room can have more power points or usb ports for charging hand phones. As we stayed as a family, the room do not have enough power points to charge our hand phones. - One of the light bulb on the ceiling was not working. - The bathroom should have another hand railing to hold when want to step out from the bath tub after shower. This is safety Thank you Cheah Malaysia
