    Service was lukewarm (check in was good but the morning shift was so/so). Breakfast was good but social distance and sanitary requirements not enforced. Overall, ok but not sure if worth the cost at the moment. Beware, parking structure is across the street directly next to train station.

    Please, for the love of sleeping, get better pillows. Seconds after you lay on them, your head is touching the bed. I would suggest asking for 3 pillows per adult. Hotel was clean and very accommodating. The pool is awesome with an outside area. Hot tub could be opened by appointment. Very good mini bar. Staff was all very friendly. We would stay at this hotel again for sure.

    Recommend this hotel. Very convenient. Dated, but good condition. the only complaint was the terrible bed. Should have been replaced 2 years ago. Terrible. Incredible spa! Wow, one of the best.

However, overall condition of facility is somewhat dated--air conditioning was practically not functioning which made the room very uncomfortable at night. Yes, weather was hot (35-37 C) but this should not be an excuse

    Tolle Auszeit für ein langes Wochenende

    Wir sind jedes Jahr einmal für 3Tage im Esperanto Mit dem Welnesbereich einfach genial. Toll ist auch sich einen Abend in der Scharoskeria (Brasilianisches Lokal) verwöhnen zu lassen Immer wieder gerne.

    Toller Wellness Aufenthalt zu Corona Zeiten. Freundlicher Check in. Bekamen sogar früher unser Zimmer. Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad war auch super mit schöner grossen Dusche. Bademäntel lagen verpackt bereit. Das Frühstück hatte uns in seiner Vielfalt sehr überrascht und war echt gut. Der Wellnessbereich war gering ausgelastet und sehr schön. Schade, dass das Dampfbad geschlossen hatte. Massage war auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Check-In war schnell und freundlich. Dem Zimmer merkt man ein gewisses Alter an, Teppich hatte sehr viele Flecken. Minibar -Preise waren fair, Ausstattung war gut, nur das Design des Zimmers ist nicht mehr up-to-date. Frühstück war swhr gut, grosse Auswahl. Kaffeemaschinen könnten aber ersetzt werden. Ist nicht wirklich ein Genusa.
