Highly recommend
We got a triple room and a double room. Washing machine in room. Don quijote near by. Canal nearby good for walks. Stayed twice on arrival and departure from Tokyo.

Wonderful stay.
The hotel itself is an amazing place, secluded and to be in front of a Starbucks Reserve Roastery, which is yet to open as I stayed there, I think it makes for convenience. Walking 20 minutes to Shibuya is really fun, especially as it entails quiet roads. The room was very tidy and well maintained. The only thing is perhaps to have a spare pillow to be able to sleep a bit more effectively but otherwise no complaints. The room surprised me with how much space there was.

Great place to stay. Not too far from the station but close to lots of shops and restaurants. Everyone was very helpful. Enjoyed the "big communal bath". Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome
Staff were awesome. We couldn’t travel to Kyōto because of the typhoon. I asked reception to call the hotel and explain we would there the following day for the last 3 nights of our 4 night booking which was an awesome help for us. Ate at a great local restaurant then enjoyed the onsen while before the storm. Breakfast was awesome.
