    Awful hotel lacking any service skill

    Horrible hotel, not given the room we booked but charged the same , basically a take it or leave it decession as it was late we had no choice,very little privacy between bathroom and room area. Shower not working properly. Bar staff very rude and slow, miss information about hotel service as to time restaurant closed. Trying to hard to be trendy with its colour scheme and music which is fine but it could provide an actual proper hotel service as it is ment to be a hotel and not a night club. It is not located in the best area either especially at night. I would avoid this hotel as you can get better hotels in a more centeral location and at a cheaper rate.

    Stylish, clean, good location but won`t come back

    Well, short answers about check-in time with no flexibility about a possible check-in as soon as a room is ready. Just got a no and nothing else.A bit more friendliness would have been nice. Also when booking, it showed that the room has river view which we did not have. It was a room to the main street. The cleaner entered the room at 8:21 even though we were checking out that day and they should have a plan which room is ready or not. Breakfast buffet in Corona times was too busy, hand sanitiser too far away and I have not seen anybody using it when entering the breakfast area. A lot of items too touch to get the rolls or cut the bread and no sign that they maybe changed a bit more often as people touch that a lot. The lady to sign you in for breakfast was awesome. Friendly, helpful, helping everywhere and really being on the job. Exceptional women.The hotel is modern, good location and tries to be something but it lacked for us in organisation and customer service skills and the place was just a bit too big to handle maybe.

    2 Days stay with friends

    2 days stay in Berlin at this weird and funny hotel. The atmosphere was unique. Very cool and unique rooms. Rooms included minibar and a nespresso machine. Breakfast was nice and was open from 6.30 to 12.00 o'clock.

    A really good location and nice hotel. Service was rather mediocre. Confusion checking in and out, also cleaners constantly walked in early morning. Didnt have much communication with staff other than that. However -- all in all the hotel was clean and tidy, cool aesthetic, and great location.
