The receptionist was extremely nice , helpful and even very friendly. Helped me find somewhere to order food late at night. The mattress is extremely hard so it was difficuly to sleep, it seemed new but it’s just as hard as the floor. The room was clean , they give you a breakfast that id rather not get but it’s alright. It’s close to old Quebec I believe so for the price it would be nice to visit a couple of day , if you don’t have a problem sleeping on a rock. The hotel is cute and calm , the room was big for its price , wasn’t a fan of the shower head.

This is an OK experience if your're planning to just use the hotel to sleep and plan to spend the most of the time out in the city. The staff was kind and the room clean, but the appearance was not as published in the pictures, and the bed was the most confortable. In general is a fair experience for the price.

Very disappointed. Will never return.
At the reservation I was made aware of the changes the motel had to make to accommodate Covid, ex: not cleaning rooms, not changing towels. I was ok with that. I even wrote to the motel to ask if the pool would be open. Which they replied promptly. But nowhere and at no time did they say that the "breakfast included" was going to be a brown paper bag with a muffin, piece of cheese, apple and juice in it. I understand it was during Covid, but no other motel stopped offering their breakfast included. It was very misleading and I would have never reserved this motel if I would have known this. And on top of that there was no discount offered. Also, at 12:30am, while I was sleeping, the front desk called my room to ask if there was an alarm ringing in my room or if I could hear an alarm ringing. Seriously, is this my job? Very upset to be woken up in the middle of the night like that. I have never had such a horrible time.

Not very comfortable and rooms are small. But it is okay for the price you are paying. I still think there are better options if you are looking for a budget hotel.

Don't take the junior suite in the summer.
I would like to start by saying that in many ways the hotel is ok. The rooms are fine, its clean. the staff are friendly enough. There are some issues like no elevator. Really bad layout of available electrical plugs in the room (for example there was a desk in the room but to plug in your laptop you have to pull the desk away from the wall). But most of this can be overlooked and the price is right. However DO NOT RENT THE JUNIOR SUITE. At least not in the summer. The junior sweet has a kitchenette, a fold out couch and a separate bedroom with a door. So, this appears to be a great room to get on a family trip with the kids. The problem is there is only air conditioning in the living area, not the bedroom. So if you want to close the door you will boil. Even if you leave the bedroom door open the AC doesn't really get in there very well. So, suffering in the heat I opened the bedroom window at night (the temperature had dropped outside and it was a little bit of a relief). However, there seems to be a street sweeper depot nearby. And at 5AM a fleet of these sweepers went tearing past the hotel at top speed (which is not very fast but is very very loud). I spent 2 nights there and now I am exhausted.
