Excellent property as such - outside of the hustle and bustle that is Marrakech. The front desk was helpful for most part (bar one occasion when they made a serious error). The rooms were clean, the design was good. What they seriously lacked was quality of the materials in the bathroom and ridiculously for 2 nights we had major issues with the shower. Once where we actually had the water stop on us through the shower head (which led us to use the wash basin to clean) and the second time when the water would just not stop. The plumber was absolutely incompetent and the ability of the management to provide service extremely poor. Really APPALLED! Other that that, the breakfast and the dinner we had in the hotel were both wonderful. Would we recommend? with EXTREME CAUTION... would we return to this property after the bathroom fiasco? Well, perhaps if the management had taken care of our problem??????
Great pool and heated pool area.Nice Gardens food was Ok
Very quiet and peaceful. Fantastic room and private swimming pool. Excellent food in the restaurant. Good breakfasts. A bit of maintenance required on plug sockets.
This was not the rating it is given . Whilst staff were very good and fòod was fine it was very tried and in need of renovation in parts and a significant spruce up.
Stunning property, very well maintained, the place had a sense of exclusivity. The staff and service made the stay even more special. Ibrahim went out of his way to please and make time for us. The breakfast was of a high standard (this hotel doesn’t do mass produce breakfast, it is simple but excellent quality). I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to return!
The best thing about this hotel was the friendlyness of the staff they were definitely 5 star. But the rest of the hotel was no more than a 4 star. Staff cleaned the rooms every day but it was not a good standard. Breakfast was great lots of choice. Location of the hotel was ok as there was a free shuttle which took you to the Médina. Night time in the hotel was very quiet, best to go out if you want to have a great night .
Wifi hardly ever worked. Not what was advertised. I would never stay here again.
It is beautiful and peaceful. A bit far From Marrakech médina but that’s what we chose to do and they do have shuttles to get to Marrakech. If there was a downside to the this hotel I would say the food was really not great. Good diversity between international and local food but really not good enough. Moroccan food is quite delicious and delicate and really it was not giving justice to it. Too greasy too heavy. Really need to work on that part.
Outdated, far from the city, expensive poor quality food
Beautiful hotel in a quiet but convenient setting to the centre. Staff so friendly and attentive, lovely heated pool, food was excellent and lots of choice. My partners second visit and can see why she wanted to go back and we will definitely be again!
