My stay at their hotel was 6.5 out of 10 because there was no hot water in the shower the water came in the morning.Secondly, I asked for the superior room and that was not the superior room the beds were small and too close to each other.Thirdly, the house keeping came in the room while we were in there and she didn’t even knocked.Finally,it didn’t have NO spoons or forks for us to use to eat.

Almost everyone on the island was unfriendly, too busy to be welcoming or of any assistance. Do not use Rudy for taxi, quoted us $30 for ride to airport, charged $40 at the end of the trip. Bait and switch. Greed prevails everywhere. Rip off the tourists.

Nice hotel, centrally located. Easy walk to the boardwalk. Friendly staff. very quiet. Negatives: Had to run water a very long time to get some hot water. Lighting in room is very poor. We requested cleaning ever other day, got fresh towels but it would have been nice if the floor would have been swept since we carried in sand from our trips to the beaches.

This hotel was perfectly fine. The room was very clean upon arrival but the maid service (while attentive) during our stay was not great. They did not clean the floors in our room as well as I would have liked. It got sticky and grimmey over the week. A mop and sweep would have been nice. The sheets were not changed during our stay. We ran out of toilet paper. They did not replenish the coffe daily but it was nice to have a keurig. The microwave and fridge were great additions. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful, but chilly. Great in town location with a short walk to Kings Ally market and water taxi to the Cay.
