We had an amazing last night in Morocco here. Although hard to find, we were so happy with our stay! Abu was incredible at check in, giving us a tour and ensuring we were happy and comfortable. Breakfast was good compared to our other hotels - but sitting by the pool while we ate made it amazing.

Night to early morning shift service is the best!
I stayed here for 3 nights with my mom in the junior suite, it’s a lovely establishment. First and foremost, the front desk host for the evening/night/early morning is amazing! He checked us in and got all of our requests taken care of in a very timely manner and is always happy to help. For our early morning departure on the last day, he served us breakfast with very fast service, organized a taxi for a very reasonable price and moved all of our luggage to the taxi stan!! For this, I am giving a 5 Star for service! the day shift staff are ok. Medina is very chaotic but this part of the Medina is nice and quiet, other parts I say avoid staying. All the hustle and bustle does get too much! I think my experience here was good but not spetacular. The pool is great for cooling off. Value for money is good. We had a living room downstairs (no ac, so it can get hot), Private Stairs to bedroom (yes ac, but it’s hard to find a perfect temperature, directly over the bed so if you leave it on it’s too cold with the thin layer of cover, if you turn it off it’s too hot in summer) and bathroom and Terrace entry. There’s restoration, construction going on for some part of the roads that you have to pass by, it’s all muddy and dirty. (But that’s almost everywhere) Breakfast is nice and I’ll say give this a go if you want to experience a nice Medina riad experience.

Stunning Riad! Everyone there are very friendly and helpful. Booking a transfer with the Riad is recommended, it’s not easy to find!

Friendliest Staff Ever!
I traveled to Marrakesh with my roommate for a four day vacation at the end of July. The Riad was our favorite part of our experience in Morocco. The pool is nice and relaxing. The staff were so kind and helpful. The Hammam was awesome! They clean your room daily, breakfast is provided and good. You can cater in meals if you’re too tired to go out that are awesome. It’s super close to he market, a taxi square, and like 25 minute taxi from the airport. You can walk basically anywhere that you want to see in the old city. The only downside is the location can get a little bit tricky. Marrakesh roads are windy and confusing. The men here will try to lead you in the wrong direction and then ask for money for “helping” you knowing you’re a tourist and lost. There’s a group that hang out by the mosque that everytime we pass by it to get to our Riad, they will say, “it’s closed you can’t go this way.” But really it’s not closed and they just want to lead you the wrong way and get money. If you say no firmly, it escalates the situation. So just ignore them. Especially be careful if you are a woman traveling solo or a group of women without a man. Make sure you download this section of google maps and put in headphones so you can tune them out and be on your way with confidence!

Beautiful Riad
The service was amazing. Any possible need we had they were more than willing to accommodate. The room was wonderful and the beautiful 17th century property was like taking a step into the history books. The only thing that could make it better is parking instructions.
