Disappointing
Have stayed at other Holiday Inns in US and abroad. This one was disappointing. Not very clean, lobby was always chaos and we had to have our key card reprogrammed three times. The shower was moldy and we did not have hot water once.

What you expect from Holiday Inn
We always stay here. It is the location we want, has a decent pool, and gym, and good breakfast. Really no complaints. For Mexico, it meets most American standards.
