Not impressed.
Information regarding the amenities (mainly breakfast times) were not communicated. There was no directory in the rooms to even look it up. The front desk called us unnecessarily and woke us up at 9:15am to ask us if we were checking out that day. We said we were. We got up and went downstairs to find out breakfast was over. Lady at the front counter asked us for our room number and asked if we were checking out and we said yes. Coffee was cold in the coffee pots. We went back upstairs to have another phone call asking us if we were checking out. When we left the lady was on a personal call and never put the phone down to talk with us. We asked if a manager was on site and she said no and asked if we needed a receipt. Never asked why we were wanting a manager or offered to take a message to have them call us. Was very disappointed in the service and being woken up for no reason.
