The host was very kind. He told us that we could bring friends from iasi to eat with us a breakfast together. The rooms were clean, every day they change the towels,and clean the room. The heating in the room was very good. Private parking and everyone get a self remote to open the gate. Price was excellent. For shure we going to be there,and bring our friends to stay with us on the next time

It was a dirty place with ded bugs on the sheets worst place i ever sleeped and they lied about the double bed they gave us a room with separate small beds

Excellent value near Iasi --- if you have a car
Very spacious and clean. A little maintenance required as there was no hot water and bathroom had a few issues with leaky shower and missing mirror. Bed very comfortable. Location quiet. Only appropriate location if you have a car as is actually not in Iasi, but south of city - little difficult to navigate hotel depending on which direction you approach Iasi from. Very friendly staff who are helpful and location has ample secure parking. Nice rose garden and balconies. Breakfast was very good. Excellent value.
